Beschreibung

• Lead a high-performing product team focused on Smartsheet's comprehensive Applied AI product strategy • Define the strategic roadmap for conversational experiences, MCP, automations, specialized agents, evaluation infrastructure, and AI-powered customer-facing features • Own AI portfolio business outcomes, success metrics, targets, and accountability • Build data and evaluation foundations to measure AI feature performance and make prioritization decisions • Ship, learn, and adjust in short cycles • Align with Product Marketing, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales on Go To Market strategy • Partner with Customer Excellence and Sales leadership on AI implementation, responsible AI governance, and AI-powered automation • Establish compelling, intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy AI experiences with design leadership • Monitor AI market trends, competitive innovations, and emerging use cases • Build and develop a world-class product management team • Report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years experience as a product manager for a software product; B2B or B2C cloud experience preferred • 15+ years experience as a people manager • Experience developing and shipping AI features or AI-powered products • Deep familiarity with generative AI, agentic systems, and responsible AI practices • Experience working with UX and engineering teams • Deep commitment to customers and team collaboration • Passionate drive and extraordinary ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives • Passion for web-based business software • Ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts • Experience working with data analytics and visualization
