Beschreibung

• Provide direction and leadership on Compliance matters to the Advanced Wound Management Business Unit in the USA • Ensure the business unit has appropriate action plans to address key Compliance risks • Report into the VP Compliance & Privacy, USA • Lead implementation of the Global Compliance Program in the AWM Business Unit in the USA • Develop strategies and action plans addressing market- and business-unit-specific risks • Drive completion of risk mitigation plans and measure effectiveness of actions in reducing market risk • Monitor market, regional and global developments and conduct benchmarking • Partner with business leaders to measure, establish and monitor Compliance Culture in the business unit • Develop and lead implementation of policies and procedures for market-specific compliance activities • Drive local implementation of enhancements to the global compliance program and provide input on potential enhancements • Establish effective local Compliance Training and Communication programs • Develop and implement risk-based local monitoring programs • Support Global Compliance Audit and Internal Audit teams with monitoring and auditing • Drive Third Party Seller and non-seller third party compliance management and initiatives • Conduct Third Party Risk Assessments and site visits • Partner with business teams on third party strategies and mitigation plans • Represent Compliance in leadership team meetings • Ensure appropriate and consistent corrective actions for compliance issues • Monitor and report Compliance KPIs and implement action plans for performance gaps

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10 years of progressive healthcare compliance experience, including increasing responsibility for implementing and managing a compliance program within a complex US healthcare business • Relevant industry experience in one or more of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, pharmacy-related business models, biologics or tissue-based products, and technology-enabled healthcare solutions • Demonstrated expertise in US laws and regulations applicable to interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act and applicable industry codes • Legal background strongly preferred, including a law degree or substantial experience interpreting and applying US healthcare laws and regulations in a compliance role • Willingness to travel up to 15% • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence in a matrix organisation • Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing and draft clear and effective reports and policies • Self-motivated and result-driven • Strong analytical skills • Ability to persuade through positive communication • Ability to work across cultures with all levels of the organization and with different functions • Ability to detect risk areas and red flags • Solution-minded; desire to find innovative solutions and challenge established ways of working • Project management skills • Ability to follow through and complete tasks on time
