Beschreibung

• Take full responsibility for every stage of the project lifecycle, delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget • Manage international projects in the NORAM and EMEA regions • Develop project plans, timelines, delivery schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies • Manage allocated resources and optimize project profitability • Communicate with project stakeholders, set expectations, and provide lifecycle updates • Select suitable delivery methodologies and facilitate effective project governance • Lead and develop project teams • Analyze project data, make informed decisions, and report project outcomes • Identify and proactively resolve potential issues • Liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and aligning projects with business goals • Lead customer-facing AWS Cloud Migration, AI/ML, and Application Development projects for North American customers • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams across the US, Europe, and LATAM • Establish best practices, governance, and operational standards for SnapSoft's US PMO • Bridge US customers and the global delivery organization • Improve project management processes, reporting, and delivery excellence • Support strategic customer engagements requiring executive-level communication and ownership • Occasionally travel within the US for customer workshops, executive meetings, or major project milestones

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced digital environments • 3+ years managing software projects with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives • Strong understanding of project management principles • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies • Proficiency with Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Project • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including executives • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and driving effective outcomes • Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Product Owner • Builder's mindset and ability to create new processes and solutions • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, international environment across multiple time zones • Adaptable, proactive, and energized by ambiguity • Must answer application questions regarding U.S. citizenship and current U.S. residence
