Beschreibung

• Manage and support multiple ongoing EDI vendor integrations. • Configure, maintain, and monitor EDI connections including: Invoices Purchase Orders Price Lists Other transactional data exchanges • Coordinate and communicate regularly with vendors to ensure successful integrations. • Handle integration requests, setup processes, testing, and production deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner. • Ensure customer requests are completed with high quality and within expected timelines. • Track integration progress and maintain accurate documentation. • Use internal tools such as HubSpot to manage workflows and follow processes. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and integration processes. • Identify risks or potential integration problems proactively.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: EDI Billing operations IT support Technical operations Systems integrations • Mandatory hands-on experience with EDI integrations/processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written communication and professional email skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Experience working with vendors or external partners.
