Beschreibung

• Manage the day-to-day back end of Blueprint, including user access, attributes, and permissions • Monitor data feeds and integrations; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors promptly • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical problems to the Senior Workforce Manager as needed • Perform QA and UAT testing on the Blueprint staging site ahead of releases, bug fixes, and updates • Review and approve or deny incoming class theme requests according to the music policy • Perform manual integration checks between Blueprint and MBO • Serve as first point of contact for Area Manager questions and issues related to Blueprint • Own the Blueprint team inbox by triaging requests, responding to routine inquiries, and routing complex issues • Support creation of release communications, training materials, and best practices for internal Blueprint users • Support office hours sessions by preparing materials and facilitating Q&A • Build relationships with the Area Manager team to understand scheduling pain points and surface feedback • Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations • Track recurring questions and inform SOP updates and training improvements • Contribute to cross-functional workforce planning efforts and reporting across studio locations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, coordinator, or administrative role • Proficiency in G-Suite, particularly Google Sheets • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week and ability to work remotely • Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems preferred • Familiarity with Mindbody Business platform preferred • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment preferred • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or supporting multi-location operations preferred • Strong data management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Professional, reliable, and aligned with [solidcore]’s values and brand standards • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” • Collaborative approach and ability to build cross-functional relationships • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] community
