Beschreibung

• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes • Drive business growth through account and territory management • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians, including through inservicing • Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure billing documentation • Build and maintain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption and new product introductions • Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Complete the sales training program and demonstrate proficiency • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Current, valid Driver’s License • Personal vehicle for company business • Successful pre-hire motor vehicle record review and ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements • Ability to meet licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Up to 20% overnight travel anticipated • Preferred: sales quota and target attainment, wound care, medical device or DME sales/clinical experience, territory management, business planning, healthcare reimbursement knowledge, CRM experience, and formal sales training
