Beschreibung

• Request financial and ancillary information from Relationship Managers or borrowers to update credit files • Spread updated business and personal financial statements and complete stand-alone or global cash-flow analyses • Prepare annual servicing memoranda according to established guidelines • Route servicing memoranda and original credit approval memoranda to the SBA Credit Administrator • Follow up on questions and open items with servicing managers, relationship managers, borrowers, and the SBA Credit Administrator • Submit risk-rating changes through the bank's tracking system • Review the SBA 7(A) past-due report weekly with the SBA Credit Administrator • Maintain monthly work logs for management review • Update the SBA Credit Administrator on annual-servicing metric compliance • Assist the SBA administrative team with credit-related servicing-memo activities • Reconcile 1502 reports and maintain the master servicing list • Complete CLAR loans twice a year • Conduct borrower site visits as needed • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines • Liaise with employees and customers, support marketing efforts, and complete other management-directed duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least one year of experience in a related field • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting recommended • Working knowledge of SBA SOPs • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Knowledge of personal computers, Windows, and Microsoft software applications • Ability to prepare documents and compose business letters and memoranda • Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation • Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and general office machines • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to function well and remain composed under pressure • Willingness to assist coworkers and customers regularly • Must maintain a secure, distraction-free home office and reliable private internet connection for telecommuting • Must comply with SouthState Bank credit policies, procedures, underwriting standards, regulatory requirements, and training requirements • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations • Ability to bend and reach; position involves extensive computer use • Travel may be required for meetings as needed
