Beschreibung

• Manage IT projects with a high to critical level of risk and regulatory oversight • Indirectly manage and/or oversee IT Analysts on project tasks • Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating IT Project Management standards and procedures • Serve as liaison to internal and external stakeholders to identify, document, and resource requirements • Manage projects using rigorous project management standards such as PMBOK and industry standards • Create supporting project collateral in adherence to IT Project Management standards and procedures • Guide and influence cross-functional project teams through issue and risk management • Manage IT technology initiatives from concept through implementation • Manage multiple medium- to long-term projects with little to no supervision • Oversee daily project activity • Use traditional waterfall, agile, Scaled Agile, or mixed project management techniques • Identify and coordinate mitigation of project risks • Identify and coordinate resolution of project issues • Manage and escalate program issues to the IT PMO Manager, Director of IT PMO, and IT Leadership as needed • Develop and report KPIs to IT Program Managers, IT Project Managers, and IT Leadership • Monitor and report project status to IT Program Managers, IT PMO Manager, IT Leadership, and Bank Leadership • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least ten years of proven Project Manager experience required • Understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and lifecycle • Applied knowledge of waterfall and agile project management tools • Ability to professionally manage self and indirectly manage and mentor more junior IT PMO resources • Strong self-starter who takes initiative and can analyze, summarize, and communicate verbally and in writing • Demonstrated organizational skills • Experience with data management, data mapping, data modeling, and governance • Keen understanding of risk management and regulatory demands • Experience in Information Technology, including medium to high-level proficiency with IT terminology, operations, and functions • Ability to work effectively across boundaries with key stakeholders and leadership • Ability to challenge opinions with confidence and professionalism • Collaborative style with ability to quickly build trust and credibility • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization/environment • Expert PC skills, including Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Word • PMP, CSM, and/or SAFe certifications highly desirable
