• Plan, establish, and manage concurrent projects within Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing portfolios • Lead project teams of varying sizes and complexities, delivering projects on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality • Communicate project objectives aligned with organizational, sponsor, and portfolio strategic goals • Guide and motivate project teams while aligning milestones, goals, and objectives with customer needs and stakeholder input • Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval • Convert requirements into prioritized tasks for project team members • Review project schedules and coordinate required resources • Ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by stakeholders • Balance costs, schedules, timeframes, and project requirements • Drive tasks to completion and monitor work against schedule and budget • Perform project cost analysis, including travel, training, and resource allocation • Identify cost-reduction solutions by streamlining processes and systems • Define and manage resource capacity and time tracking • Identify problem areas and implement alternative solutions • Manage project risks, conflicts, issues, and escalations • Manage change-control processes for scope, schedules, budgets, and resources • Provide stakeholder updates on project status, variances, issues, risks, and corrective actions • Drive effective project communications for diverse audiences • Report project metrics and manage KPIs within scope, schedule, cost, and quality constraints • Coordinate project-related RFIs/RFPs with third parties and internal IT procurement • Maintain relationships and communication with service providers • Review and approve payment requests and change orders • Recommend, prepare, and conduct implementation-related training • Support coaching and development within the Project Management community • Share best practices within the PMO and organization • Deliver customer service by anticipating and resolving concerns quickly and effectively • Comply with company security policy procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned
• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience actively leading medium-sized and/or complex-scope projects with complex matrixed teams • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred • Knowledge and experience in a manufacturing, shop floor environment • Experience with product design and manufacturing execution systems • Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Project • Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority • Advanced interpersonal skills for working with diverse and geographically dispersed teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical challenges • Collaborative decision-making and ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders • Highly adaptable to changing technology and environments • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
