Beschreibung

• Drive channel growth across electrical products distribution channels • Manage product launches and support strategic line reviews • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain • Assist with daily booking and billing reports and bimonthly channel and customer reports • Prepare monthly business reviews and track promotions and conversion performance • Represent the business on product and channel sales calls and meetings • Communicate sales requirements and product-specific actions to internal stakeholders • Partner with Marketing and Product Management to execute product launches • Lead cross-functional launch planning, execution, and post-launch support • Define distribution lists, launch kit contents, and shipping processes with third-party vendors • Drive trade show placement and customer-facing sales engagements and road shows • Develop quarterly business content and participate in the Sales Playbook process • Develop and secure approval for promotional plans • Share promotional plans with Supply Chain for SIOP and demand planning • Drive Excess and Obsolete sales processes and promotions • Collaborate with Southwire Solutions University and distributor/agent locations • Assist with targeted training events and launch internal eLearning modules • Manage line review schedules and deliverables • Own line review strategy through presentations, sampling, and profitability analysis • Confirm pricing approvals with Product Management and Finance leadership • Identify share loss areas, manage target account lists, improve funnel refresh rates, and drive early NPI conversations • Align with End User Teams on sales blitz activities and gather feedback for Product Management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree required • 4-7 Years of experience required • Master's degree preferred • 8-11 Years of experience preferred • Experience with Salesforce • Relationship Building • Sales Prospecting • Negotiation • Customer Relationship Management • Sales Presentations • Selling Techniques • Rapport Building • Ability to travel 10-25% • Computer/Keyboard proficiency
