Beschreibung

• Manage and oversee a consolidated Business Service Delivery team • Oversee end-to-end order management, customer communications and engagement, order entry, project management when construction is required, installation scheduling, quality assurance, and pre-installation customer care for Business customers • Establish policies, procedures, and practices for Business Service Delivery teams • Provide direction to project management and order fulfillment teams • Ensure team members adhere to established practices and policies • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure orders are on track and committed timelines are met • Conduct post-activation reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives • Work with internal product, technical, and other teams to achieve order velocity • Provide feedback to product support, operations management, marketing, and other teams based on customer use cases, adoption blockers, and related issues • Advocate for and drive improvements to associate and customer experiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • At least 7 years’ relevant experience • Job offers are contingent upon successfully passing background, drug screening, and reference checks
