Beschreibung

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business objectives • Develop technology roadmaps supporting product strategy, scalability, revenue growth, cybersecurity, and operational excellence • Advise the CEO and executive leadership on technology • Evaluate technology investments and measurable business value • Establish engineering standards, development methodologies, and best practices • Architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade SaaS platforms using modern cloud-native technologies • Lead architecture decisions across distributed systems, microservices, APIs, data platforms, and highly scalable applications • Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and strategic engineering decisions • Lead development and evolution of commercial software products from concept through market delivery • Translate customer and market requirements into technical solutions • Lead and develop a distributed technology organization of approximately 10–15 IT professionals • Build a high-performing engineering culture and mentor technical leaders and engineers • Partner with the CEO and CFO on technology-driven business strategies • Support enterprise software sales and customer acquisition through technical expertise and presentations • Present technology vision, architecture, and product capabilities to customers, investors, strategic partners, and executives • Participate in venture capital and private equity discussions, investor presentations, technology due diligence, and strategic technology assessments • Contribute to IPO readiness or public-market preparation activities • Align technology investment decisions with revenue growth and long-term business strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of technology/software engineering experience, with significant leadership responsibility • Progressive experience in technology leadership, software architecture, engineering management, or technology management • Demonstrated experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS or commercial software platforms • Strong technical knowledge of AI/ML, with exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI systems • Experience leading engineering teams and establishing scalable software development practices • Ability to remain technically engaged in architecture reviews, system design, and major engineering decisions • Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting technology strategy to senior stakeholders • Strong commercial understanding of technology's impact on revenue, customer acquisition, product strategy, scalability, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence • U.S. work authorization is required • Strong experience within the Java technology ecosystem preferred • Experience developing multiple commercial software products from concept to market preferred • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, or AI product strategy preferred • Experience supporting enterprise software sales and customer acquisition preferred • Previous exposure to VC/PE fundraising, investor presentations, technology due diligence, or IPO readiness preferred • Experience managing globally distributed engineering organizations preferred • Previous experience working directly with Boards, investors, CEOs, and other executive stakeholders preferred
