Beschreibung

• Define the long-term vision and growth strategy for a new private credit valuations product • Combine understanding of valuation personas, AI/ML/LLM advances, and the FinTech ecosystem to design and launch a commercially viable product • Oversee product initiatives through the product development lifecycle • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure opportunities are vetted, defined, designed, and delivered • Establish relationships with target personas and create user forums, working groups, and Alpha/Beta testing programs • Gather user feedback and iterate on new features • Attend relevant industry conferences to promote and market the product • Lead strategic internal and external conversations about the new product line • Build relationships with clients, partners, senior leadership, and other stakeholders • Create and execute product roadmaps and secure executive and client-community buy-in • Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in B2B FinTech product management • Deep understanding of the private capital market landscape, valuations workflows, and private credit asset class • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience with product management tools such as Aha and Pendo • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional product teams • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred • CFA or CAIA preferred • Indefinite right to work in the United States
