Beschreibung

• Join initial client discovery conversations to understand hiring needs, existing frameworks, and what success looks like • Map client values to the Spotted Zebra taxonomy • Build Role Skills Profiles using AI tools to support values content creation for feedback reports • Engage with hiring managers to translate role requirements into skills profiles • Advise clients on governance, including what should be fixed versus flexible and how recruiters and hiring managers can use the platform • Advise clients on hiring flow design, including stages and skills measured at each stage • Explain how AI-generated interview questions are built and aligned to skills • Support client scoring, including AI scoring and human calibration • Help build scoring rubrics • Support customer data analysis, including exporting platform data and tracking candidate progression across campaigns • Build surveys and quizzes with varied question types and branching logic for client implementations • Work closely with Product to stay current on platform capabilities • Report to the Lead Occupational Psychologist and independently run client calls, escalating to the wider occupational psychology team when needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experienced Occupational Psychologist • Background in HR tech or assessment technology • Extensive experience in a client-facing, consultant-level role • Strong consulting and advisory communication skills, with the ability to translate a client's underlying need into a clear recommendation and adapt style across stakeholders • Solid data and analytical skills, comfortable working with detail • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work • Self-sufficient and pragmatic, able to balance client-facing work with detailed hands-on tasks • Chartered Occupational Psychologist or working towards (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with AI-powered assessment tools or AI Interview technology (nice-to-have) • Experience working in a fast-scaling technology environment (nice-to-have)
