Beschreibung

• Translate operational needs from sovereign MoDs and NATO authorities into concrete engineering specifications • Ensure STARK’s systems comply with evolving standards, including NATO STANAGs for unmanned systems • Facilitate rapid fleet scaling and prevent vendor lock-in • Develop commercial models covering fleet maintenance, software updates, and engineering refits in all contracts • Embed software updates and engineering refits into every contract • Refine the product roadmap according to customer needs • Work with the engineering team to align products with market needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS or MS in Systems Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field • 7+ years of experience in Maritime Defence or Aerospace • Experience dealing with complex System-of-Systems architectures • Deep familiarity with maritime interoperability standards, such as NATO STANAGs for unmanned systems, Open Architecture standards, or IMO regulations • Proven track record translating high-level MoD/DoD operational requirements into engineering-level functional specifications • Former experience within a Navy technical branch or a major Defence Prime (Tier 1/2) highly desirable • Ability to obtain or currently hold high-level national security clearance • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for the position
