Beschreibung

• Decompose complex business scenarios into clean, service-based architectures and distributed systems • Modernize legacy platforms for simplicity, maintainability, and long-term ROI • Translate orthodontic insurance rules involving claims, eligibility, and remittance into high-performing technical solutions • Own Epic delivery end-to-end, managing risks, dependencies, team-level DORA KPIs, system performance, and delivery reliability • Develop clean, robust, maintainable full-stack code using React and .NET Core/.NET Framework • Integrate AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot for design, test generation, and code reviews • Build agentic workflows to improve team efficiency • Establish code quality standards through code reviews, automated testing, AI-driven test suites, and CI/CD • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on software design patterns • Debug cross-module issues and manage technical stakeholders constructively • Roadmap large workstreams and identify non-functional requirements for Epics • Define ambiguous problem scopes and provide data-driven analysis for continuous process improvement • Communicate technical information to engineering and non-technical stakeholders • Identify cross-team dependencies and design reusable, modular components

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • 10+ years of professional software development experience • Minimum of 4+ years in a Senior Software Engineer role or equivalent • Strong, hands-on experience with the .NET Ecosystem (.NET Core / .NET Framework) • Robust relational database design using SQL Server, including query optimization • Extensive experience building responsive, scalable user interfaces using React and/or Angular • Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles • Experience building service-based or distributed architectures • Strong proficiency with AWS services or other major cloud architectures • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning • Familiarity with high-volume batch processing, background automated jobs, and complex data streams • Experience or active experimentation with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot • Familiarity with Gen AI, enterprise agentic workflows, or Model Context Protocols (MCPs) • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright or equivalent, driven by AI agents • Must be able to live and work full-time in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Company unable to provide sponsorship for workers
