Beschreibung

• Lead technical efforts affecting multiple squads and address pressing organization-wide technical needs • Drive architectural choices and investigate cross-team performance issues • Drive alignment on technology choices and partner with engineering leadership on technical direction • Build applications and services • Share ownership of the platform’s technical direction and impact • Align with the team on product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities • Ensure users receive timely and accurate information • Evolve architecture to improve operational efficiency and support business growth • Contribute to Stellar’s engineering culture and production-code quality • Review others’ work and provide constructive feedback • Set standards through code and design reviews and technical contributions • Expand the EHR Data Pipeline ingesting and transforming clinical data for over 200K patients • Create and expand Stellar Health application features powered by EHR data

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least ten years of total experience with recent hands-on production-level coding experience • Python preferred; Java, C++, or Go experience • Expertise in a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Experience with Django or a similar web framework • At least two years of experience building data processing pipelines • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional architectural projects and rollouts • Experience writing highly available, low-latency services and deploying and operating them in production • Strong focus on clean code and architecture • Ability to identify root causes quickly in complex issues • Demonstrated ability to work across engineering teams to improve systems and designs
