Beschreibung

• Lead the East Sales team in North America • Build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth across strategic and enterprise customers • Inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value and measurable business outcomes • Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners across North America - East • Foster continuous learning and understanding of Stuut's technical capabilities and future product roadmap • Lead North American East enterprise growth planning • Ensure forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business • Scale and accelerate sales through a repeatable playbook and AI-driven business transformation initiatives • Help customers drive innovation, operational efficiency and revenue growth using Stuut's AI Platform • Report to the CRO

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience building a high-growth sales team serving enterprise customers within North America • Experience selling new technologies at fast-growing and nimble businesses • History of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth enterprise software companies • Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies, including MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message and SPICE • Knowledge of developing the partner ecosystem to help grow strategic enterprise territories • Success implementing strategies for usage- and booking-based sales revenue models • Desire to build a collaborative, inspired team culture • Alignment with Stuut's core values: Face the Bear, Think Independently, Hard Work Creates Room and Stand In Front Of The Truck For Your Customer
