Beschreibung

• Own the Reusable KYB product and be accountable for its adoption and success • Work with B2B customers to understand real-world problems and turn insights into product improvements • Identify and prioritize initiatives that maximize usage, value, and customer outcomes • Drive product decisions using goals, data, and direct customer feedback • Balance discovery and delivery to build the right capabilities at the right time • Collaborate with engineering and analytics to ship meaningful, measurable improvements • Design and align the product roadmap with the broader Reusable team • Bridge the feature gap between Reusable KYC and KYB • Pioneer corporate identity wallets, reliance networks, and universal business profiles

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech, FinTech, Crypto, Digital Identity, or highly regulated software domains • Proven track record of validating customer problems through direct feedback and translating qualitative insights into measurable product adoption • Comfortable discussing backend technical concepts, including REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures • Strong literacy in the B2B RegTech space, including market trends, competitor mechanics, and customer onboarding friction points • Ability to define multi-quarter strategic vision and execute daily with engineering to deliver sprint commitments • Fluent English, written and spoken • Familiarity or high-level awareness of GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP / Travel Rule, or accredited Reliance KYC/KYB models is nice to have • Hands-on exposure to digital wallet product design, credential management, or decentralized identity models is nice to have
