• Design and develop core platform components, services, and shared libraries used by product teams • Build foundational infrastructure that enables faster feature delivery with consistency, reliability, and security • Develop security-critical services for sensitive data protection, secure access, and encryption • Design and optimize high-load distributed systems for image and video processing • Improve performance, scalability, and fault tolerance of mission-critical platform services • Evolve monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting capabilities for the observability platform • Plan and execute large-scale, zero-downtime data migrations • Expand and improve multi-region infrastructure for latency, availability, and data-residency requirements • Drive architectural decisions and own platform initiatives from design through production • Solve technically challenging problems across distributed systems, infrastructure, security, and developer productivity • Collaborate with other teams and contribute to shared codebases

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience with backend development, Java, databases, and distributed systems • Confident in system design and building scalable, production-ready solutions • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of complex tasks • Understanding of performance, reliability, and backend-service best practices • Experience working in a product-driven engineering team • Comfortable collaborating with other teams and contributing to shared codebases • Java 17 • MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Redis • Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams • Elasticsearch or OpenSearch (k-NN) • Airflow
