Beschreibung

• Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, Document Generation Forms, and templates • Implement conditional routing, approvals, and automated reminders • Diagnose routing, field-mapping, template, signature, and integration issues • Coordinate with developers when required • Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into system improvements • Develop and maintain processes for preparing, verifying, categorizing, and archiving financial documents • Maintain documentation on workflows, templates, and system changes • Train internal users on DocuSign processes and best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Hands-on experience with DocuSign workflow configuration, template management, and troubleshooting • Experience with DocuSign CLM and e-Signature is a strong advantage • Proven ability to build and improve document management processes • Experience gathering requirements and working with developers or external vendors • Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and confidence training non-technical users • Fluent English
