Beschreibung

• Coordinate the workflow of information for digital and print Festival publications • Gather, traffic, and audit information for print and digital publications of the Sundance Film Festival • Enter information into the database in accordance with detailed standards • Communicate with interdepartmental stakeholders about database updates and assist with troubleshooting • Proofread final publications to ensure they match the database exactly and adhere to Institute house style • Edit and fact-check publications and documents as assigned • Export reports from the database as needed • Work with the Festival Manager, Editing; Editors; and year-round Institute staff on publishing-process tasks • Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, at key points to meet deadlines and respond to on-call needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Legal authorization to work in the United States • 3 years of experience with databases, data entry, publications, proofreading, project management, or related • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize • Ability to maintain confidential information • Detail-oriented with the ability to audit work to avoid mistakes and perform tasks accurately • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience with copyediting and familiarity with The Associated Press Stylebook • Proficiency with Airtable and Google Drive • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
