Beschreibung

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain clinical information systems with a focus on surgical operations and anesthesia care. • Serve as a liaison between business operations, providers, IT teams, system users, and vendors to address issues and resolve problems. • Provide remote and in-person support to end-users, monitoring, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incoming tickets. • Coordinate system fixes and changes with software vendors and collaborate with training teams and operations for the deployment of application changes. • Create test scripts, timelines, and testing plans for application and workflow changes. • Perform cross-application testing and coordinate with requestors and users for validation. • Work with technical colleagues to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues impacting clinical applications. • Maintain technical knowledge of assigned applications, understanding infrastructure relationships and user impact. • Support system upgrades, new releases, and enhanced functionalities, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes. • Participate in special projects and other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in health, science, or business field (or equivalent four years of related professional experience) • Three years of Epic experience • Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, informatics, data management, and administration • Proven experience in information systems implementation, development, and support within a large-scale healthcare organization • Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in Optime and Anesthesia • Experience supporting clinicians in a technical or educational role • Strong problem-solving skills, judgment, and adherence to organizational policies • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Must maintain active Epic certification for primary EHR module(s)
