Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary Product point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of health system clients • Lead discovery engagements including interviews, workflow mapping, shadowing, and document analysis • Define AI platform possibilities connected to client operational pain points • Review pre-sales Statements of Work for scope, feasibility, and design alignment • Translate healthcare workflows into structured product and configuration requirements • Own Autopilot design and specification documents handed off to engineering • Define business success metrics with clients • Enforce scope discipline during UAT and route out-of-scope requests through change-order processes • Own 0-to-1 deployments from pilot kickoff through go-live • Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, change management, and production deployment iteration • Generate test criteria and conduct manual validation before customer UAT • Drive customer UAT, including on-site travel for strategic accounts • Monitor deployed Autopilots using observability tooling and resolve surfaced issues • Ensure clients and CXMs can measure deployment success metrics • Document ROI proof points and case-for-scale narratives • Surface reusable field patterns and product gaps to influence the core product roadmap • Contribute to knowledge bases, playbooks, and templates for the FDAPM practice • Deliver customer experience automation solutions using Talkdesk’s AI platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology • Hands-on exposure to provider operations in Patient Access, Care Management, or Revenue Cycle • Experience in a client-facing delivery role such as implementation, technical project management, solution consulting, or customer success • Ownership of outcomes, not just activities • Ability to understand and map complex clinical and administrative workflows • Ability to translate workflows into structured requirements and prioritized problem statements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present to VP/C-suite health system stakeholders • Ability to translate between clinical, operational, and technical audiences • Comfort operating in ambiguity and whitespace • Experience with agentic workflows • Strong curiosity about AI and automation • Willingness to travel up to 25–35% to client sites • Experience at an EHR software vendor is preferred • Startup or high-growth technology company experience is preferred • Familiarity with CCaaS, IVR, conversational AI, NLP, Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Nuance is preferred • Understanding of HL7 FHIR, APIs, EHR integrations, or healthcare interoperability standards is preferred • Experience with product roadmaps, PRDs, or Agile/Scrum is preferred • Background in healthcare administration, clinical informatics, health IT, nursing, or a related field is preferred
