Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform, third-party integrations, and end-user data enablement • Develop and maintain the long-term roadmap for the data stack, metrics layers, proprietary data models, and data-user AI capabilities • Own third-party integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, and clinical systems • Own data quality and reliability through validation, monitoring, and alerting • Identify valuable applications of AI and automation for end data users • Enable Marketing, Operations, and Finance to use analytics, attribution, and segmentation without engineering dependencies • Balance operational priorities with platform investments and scalability goals • Lead collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations partners • Anticipate dependencies, drive alignment, and prioritize ambiguous opportunities • Define success metrics and measurable goals; use data to evaluate product impact and inform strategy • Break down complex operational and systems challenges into actionable product opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years on data platforms, data products, or data infrastructure • Working fluency with the modern data stack: ELT, cloud warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI and semantic layers, and reverse ETL • Comfort reading and writing SQL • Ability to reason independently about grain, joins, duplication, and completeness • Experience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams and systems • Experience owning metric definitions and governance, including resolving competing definitions across teams • Track record of building self-serve data capability for non-technical teams and reducing ad hoc request volume • Ability to develop product strategy, prioritize effectively, and execute long-term roadmaps • Strong interest in AI-driven products and ability to identify practical AI applications • Familiarity with automation, large language models (LLMs), and decision-support systems • Experience with interconnected systems, technical dependencies, integrations, and operational trade-offs • Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the posting states Talkiatry participates in E-Verify
