Beschreibung

• Define and drive the use of generative AI and automation across the engineering organization • Design and ship working automations and agents • Meet with engineering teams to diagnose workflows, tooling gaps, and pain points • Translate findings into a prioritized backlog of AI-enabled solutions • Own the AI enablement roadmap, secure leadership buy-in, execute it, and report on impact • Evaluate and pilot AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools • Design, build, and operate specialized automation agents on a shared architecture • Instrument and measure automation impact, including time saved, quality improvement, and adoption • Partner across the business to modernize rules-based or heuristic systems with data-driven and ML-informed approaches • Define adoption frameworks and guardrails for quality, security, cost, and responsible use • Champion AI and automation best practices through documentation, demos, brown bags, and hands-on pairing • Explain AI tradeoffs such as build versus buy, cost, latency, quality, and risk to engineers and leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in software engineering • Track record of shipping production systems end-to-end • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems, including prompt engineering, context/tool design, evaluation, and orchestration • Production-level experience with modern AI coding assistants and agentic development tools • Working knowledge of applied ML fundamentals, including features, evaluation, and model selection • Ability to drive technical adoption across an engineering organization without direct authority • Strong product instincts for internal tooling • Excellent written and verbal communication • Prior staff/principal-level individual contributor experience, ideally with cross-team or platform scope • Experience with vector search/RAG, model evaluation frameworks, and LLM observability preferred • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify
