• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures • Resolve customer issues and handle complaints in accordance with company policies while maintaining high satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system • Collaborate with team members and departments to improve the overall customer experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role • Full professional fluency in both English (C1-C2) and Spanish, written and spoken • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Good to Haves: Experience working in a driving school, transportation, or education-related company • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions.
