Beschreibung

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency. • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery. • Guide team members, delegate tasks appropriately, and maintain accountability across all active projects. • Communicate consistently with leadership on project progress, KPI performance, and challenges with proposed solutions. • Create and track KPIs, reports, and operational goals to measure and drive results. • Support sales planning, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of clear, consistent reporting to leadership. • Experience creating and tracking KPIs, operational reports, and performance goals. • Solid understanding of sales strategy, operational planning, and business development. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and drive accountability. • Experience in the driving school, educational services, or a similar regulated service industry in the United States (Good to have). • Background in customer service operations, scheduling, or compliance-driven environments (Good to have). • Experience with operational scaling and partnership development (Good to have).
