Beschreibung

• Design and deliver AI, data science, and advanced analytics solutions using the Microsoft Azure technology stack • Deliver projects across AI, data science, machine learning, and data platforms • Take responsibility from problem definition through production delivery • Guide technical direction and support the development of others • Contribute to new AI- and data science-based offerings • Maintain awareness of ongoing developments in AI • Satisfy internal and external customer expectations and requirements • Run discovery, solution design, and consultative workshops • Manage technical and non-technical client stakeholders and form lasting relationships • Contribute to early-stage client engagement and presales activities, including technical demonstrations • Contribute to internal and external professional communities • Support others in their professional development

🎯 Anforderungen

• Industry experience delivering AI and/or data science and machine learning solutions • Good grounding in associated AI, data science, and machine learning areas • Experience running discovery, solution design, and consultative workshops • Experience managing technical and non-technical client stakeholders • Experience contributing to early-stage client engagement and presales activities, including technical demonstrations • Good understanding of project management activities, including risk management and time-tracking • Active engagement in professional mentorship as both mentor and mentee • Proven written and spoken English • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Ability and attitude to investigate and share new technologies • Strategic and operational decision-making skills • Comfortable speaking with clients and undertaking occasional travel • Comfortable with at least 3 listed core technologies and interested in at least 4 others across core, supporting, and principles areas • Azure AI, including Microsoft Foundry, AI Search, Document Intelligence, and AI Services • Familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI concepts, including prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and tool use • Data science and machine learning, including Databricks, Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, MLflow, and exploratory data analysis • Azure data and computation services, including ADLS, Cosmos DB/NoSQL databases, ADF, Databricks, and SQL databases • Data manipulation using SQL, Pandas, PySpark, and Python • Azure DevOps • Degree education is stated as ideal, not required • Microsoft certification is nice to have, not mandatory
