Beschreibung

• Serve as the field-based nuclear medicine technology expert supporting adoption and utilization of Telix products • Lead and oversee strategic onboarding of new imaging sites • Integrate Telix radiopharmaceuticals into commercial and site workflows • Develop and implement imaging site optimization best practices, including protocol standardization, scanner settings, and workflow efficiency improvements • Oversee and execute field activities supporting product launches and healthcare professional education • Collaborate with Territory Account Managers within the geography • Contribute to quarterly area business reviews • Lead site engagement strategies with imaging centers, nuclear medicine specialists, and key stakeholders • Develop training materials, present product information, and ensure knowledge dissemination • Represent Telix at meetings and conferences and synthesize insights for company strategy • Oversee competitive intelligence gathering and market insights • Liaise among cross-functional teams and manage key organizational projects and initiatives • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, and ethical guidelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must reside in the state of California; relocation will not be offered • BS or MS degree in a scientific discipline (preferred Radiology or similar) or equivalent experience required • Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required • 5 years’ experience with advanced oncologic PET/CT scanning with optimization • Experience in radiopharmaceuticals required; prostate cancer experience preferred • Thorough understanding of relevant policies guiding the Pharmaceutical Industry • Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking, time-management, organization, interpersonal, business acumen, and emotional intelligence skills • Detailed knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare professionals • Ability to take initiative and work independently and in a team environment • Ability to quickly understand complex disease areas, treatments, clinical development plans, healthcare landscape, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patient journey • Valid driver’s license • Local, regional, and national travel up to 75% • Must live within close proximity to a major airport
