Beschreibung

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms • Create product photos and videos using AI tools and coordinate with Fiverr freelancers as needed • Assist with social media marketing initiatives, including TikTok advertising campaigns • Manage and optimize advertisements on Amazon and other online marketplaces • Handle customer inquiries and provide customer support • Assist with packaging projects and product improvement initiatives • Manage returns, resolve customer issues, and help improve customer satisfaction • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Excellent professional and communication skills • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms • Familiarity with AI tools is preferred • Experience in e-commerce, operations, administrative support or related roles • Experience utilizing reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify, and Amazon reports is preferred • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills • Detail-oriented with strong accountability, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Previous e-commerce, online retail, or marketplace experience preferred • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management) • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours
