Beschreibung

• Coordinate data collection, validation, quality reviews, and issue resolution for CMS and HPMS submissions • Ensure regulatory submissions are accurate and timely across multiple plan years and business priorities • Monitor findings, trends, and corrective actions • Contribute to submission validation and post-submission performance monitoring • Coordinate and validate partner data for Open Enrollment readiness • Partner with stakeholders on milestones, risk reduction, testing, implementation, and operational readiness • Maintain CMS-related reporting and operational performance metrics • Provide reporting and analysis to support business decisions and improve outcomes • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across Plan Finder operations • Develop and coordinate Field Alerts and operational communications related to Medicare Plan Finder updates and CMS guidance • Coordinate intake requests, inquiries, operational support needs, and Government Programs Intake Requests through completion • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, trackers, and reference materials • Support continuous improvement initiatives for clients, members, and internal partners

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare, regulated markets, healthcare operations, compliance, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), product support, or a related field • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, tracking, and management of complex datasets • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and stakeholder groups • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships • Experience supporting CMS, HPMS, Medicare Plan Finder, or regulatory submission processes preferred • Experience supporting Open Enrollment or large-scale operational initiatives preferred • Experience with reporting, analytics, compliance monitoring, or operational performance tracking preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database tools preferred • Experience managing shared mailboxes, intake workflows, or service request processes preferred • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools • For home work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
