Beschreibung

• Discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale • Selling and supporting all CMD products • Maintain effective and long-lasting customer relationships • Develop opportunities for strategic growth of the account • Drive all CMD commercial activities within the account • Identify and prioritize new client opportunities • Increase share of wallet within existing accounts • Cultivate account relationships to drive expansion and renewals • Provide product assistance, consultation, and problem solving • Provide quotation, negotiate contracts and close orders • Apply data and metrics to develop and report on account development strategies • Adaptable to customers’ needs • Develop sales strategies to meet plan and expand business • Maintain pipeline of opportunities to exceed sales objectives • Attend and run technical business presentations and customer events • Exchange account information and sales leads within divisions • Analyze sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and financial metrics

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of validated sales experience in analytical instrument markets • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biology or other applied sciences fields or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong market knowledge and professional network • Experience in conducting on site customer seminars and technical presentations • Commercial mentality, strongly motivated by desire to win new business • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills • Proficient in English both written and oral • Full UK driving license • Confirmed commercial excellence working in matrix environment • Computer proficiency in MS Office, CRM • Ability to explain and sell the technical aspects of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s scientific product portfolio • Ability to travel to customer locations up to 80% including overnight travel
