Beschreibung

• Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake through offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health roles • Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities • Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and networking • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and credentialing requirements • Prepare and present candidate submissions to clients in a polished and professional manner • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and clients • Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS systems • Provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and talent pipeline updates to clients • Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs and placement targets

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus in healthcare (nurses, physicians, allied health, or clinical staff) • Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and hard-to-fill positions • Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirements • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
