Beschreibung

• Drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory • Interact with customers across multiple industries to identify opportunities for engineered plastic solutions • Schedule and perform sales calls and visits • Determine key buying influences and establish customer relationships • Develop a territory market plan with quantifiable goals, objectives, action plans, and benchmarks • Conduct product and service training for customers and business unit employees • Monitor transaction pricing deviations and report significant occurrences and trends to management • Communicate customer product and quality requirements to inside sales and operations • Estimate customer product usage and business unit participation • Assist inside sales with special accounts and projects • Provide assistance to credit managers as required • Recommend product catalogue and company service additions or deletions • Initiate and monitor E-item inventory requirements • Recommend current and potential advertising activities • Maintain and update the customer database • Download, review, and follow up on quotes daily • Review daily customer sales for thank-you outreach and order review • Work directly on or around motor vehicle equipment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Passion and purpose-driven individual • Team mentality • 2–5 years of outside sales experience • Computer and CRM proficiency • Microsoft Office Professional Plus proficiency • Product knowledge • Safety mindset • Plastics experience is a plus • Must live or reside within 30–45 miles of the outlined territory coverage area • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing, which may include marijuana testing as permitted by applicable laws • Ability to work directly on or around motor vehicle equipment
