Beschreibung

• Lead commerce media strategy and activation across a broader portfolio of client accounts • Manage and develop a team of Commerce individual contributors and potentially first-line managers • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across retail media platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo • Coach team members, conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and develop career paths • Review and elevate client-facing plans, performance narratives, testing agendas, and readouts • Lead hiring, interviewing, talent evaluation, promotion recommendations, and development planning • Promote cross-training across commerce media capabilities and platforms • Own integrated commerce media planning and execution aligned with client business objectives • Lead or co-lead senior client touchpoints and communicate recommendations, trade-offs, and expectations • Align commerce media work with full-funnel and cross-channel plans • Standardize planning, execution, QA, pacing, change logs, documentation, and reporting across retail media • Implement and enforce the Commerce Media Tinuiti Way • Drive collaboration and manage dependencies across adjacent teams • Improve team proficiency in Tinuiti tools, commerce platforms, automation, and appropriate AI use • Sponsor reusable templates and workflows to reduce manual work and rework • Route platform and workflow feedback to senior commerce leadership and product/operations partners • Ensure data-driven decisions using pacing, CPC/CPA, ROAS/ACoS, NTB, and share-of-voice or brand signals • Set testing rigor, define hypotheses and read timing, and document learnings • Oversee measurement alignment and incorporate learnings into future plans • Identify and scale growth plays across client accounts • Reduce recurring waste through standards, safeguards, and coaching • Lead 1–2 cross-account initiatives per half to improve consistency or efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10+ years in commerce media, retail media, or paid commerce • Meaningful experience across major retail media ecosystems, such as Amazon and/or Walmart plus others • Proven experience leading and developing teams, including individual contributors and potentially first-line managers • Experience with performance management, QA oversight, and capability building • Strong command of commerce media optimization and measurement concepts, including ROAS/ACoS, NTB, incrementality, experimentation, and retail seasonality/event dynamics • Ability to standardize ways of working across multiple accounts and maintain high quality under changing priorities • Strong communication and executive-ready storytelling skills • Ability to translate complex performance drivers into clear actions and expectations for clients and internal leadership
