• Identify and reach out to potential clients, primarily healthcare providers and clinics, to introduce Tiny Health's microbiome testing services • Proactively call high-potential referrals to schedule introductory meetings and presentations • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and check-ins • Conduct a specified number of client meetings monthly to nurture existing accounts and drive growth • Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system • Explain the value and scientific basis of Tiny Health's microbiome testing to healthcare professionals • Assist with additional sales initiatives and marketing projects as needed • Represent Tiny Health at industry tradeshows on occasional opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, functional medicine, supplements, or laboratory testing fields • Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and decision-making processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools • Background knowledge in healthcare, nutrition, or functional medicine preferred • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred • Experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack preferred • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity preferred
