Beschreibung

• Lead several related product areas or one product area with unusual regulatory weight • Own major product launches hands-on • Set direction and priorities based on client needs, product data, and commercial goals • Read regulations, API documentation, and operational processes and form positions before Legal and Compliance review • Write detailed specifications for launches • Carry decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations • Take products through testing and launch, then operate them • Review other product managers' research, decisions, and specifications • Help hire product managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience shipping a complex financial or fintech product yourself, including the ability to explain failures and detailed product decisions • Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow data flows, and reason about system behavior with engineers • Ability to query data independently and explain every quoted figure • Regular use of AI in product work, checked against documentation, data, and other primary sources • Experience making product decisions across related areas • Experience reviewing other product managers' research, decisions, and specifications • Experience helping hire product managers • Professional experience working on financial or fintech products is requested in the application form, with options from no experience to 5+ years
