Beschreibung

• Provide leadership for Service Repair, Upgrades/Enhancements, Service Agreements, and new equipment installation throughout the customer relationship • Work with sales to provide timely service agreement pricing and support contract pricing on parts and service • Oversee field service coordination, service project managers, and customer satisfaction • Assist with P&L preparation and provide monthly revenue forecasting • Drive service agreement base growth and repair, installation, and service turnkey growth with the acquisition team • Manage risk in service work areas • Oversee service coordination for emergency repairs, maintenance contracts, scheduled work, upgrades, installations, replacement components, and long-term service agreements • Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop service project managers • Drive continuous improvement through performance management and technical product training • Manage expense budgets for the service project manager team • Create and ensure adherence to standard service work processes • Improve transactional processes affecting customer experience and overall customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with SLAs for Key Account customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or a related field, technical systems, equipment, or skilled trades • 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules • Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution for startups and customer requests • Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft applications • Salesforce experience considered an asset • Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years • Proven, seasoned people leader with demonstrated ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture while coaching, developing, and retaining talent • Strong strategic planning and execution experience • Ability to assess business needs, identify opportunities, and implement effective service strategies • Strong technical aptitude or experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus • Up to 15% travel • Safety Sensitive role may require passing additional drug screening
