Beschreibung

• Quote and enter service work • Order parts and necessary supplies • Ensure service work is scheduled and executed • Complete assigned projects on time and achieve financial performance and customer satisfaction objectives • Plan and analyze projects, establish schedules and parameters, and set procedures for complex service applications • Create estimates and generate proposals • Enter projects, order and track parts, schedule labor with internal teams and customers, review project completion, and coordinate billing • Enter service estimates, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders • Manage service projects from estimate through completion • Receive and qualify subcontractor proposals • Assist Sales with project development • Communicate with customers, building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff • Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective action, and maintain customer satisfaction • Ensure assigned staff and subcontractors work safely according to Trane and OSHA policies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles prioritized • Experience and knowledge in contracting processes and estimating associated with HVAC system installation and managing subcontractors preferred • Computer skills are essential • Highly organized and strongly customer service oriented • Less than 5% travel to customer job sites required
