Beschreibung

• Create direct mail copy, offers and designs in Canva or similar • Own client results including response rate, cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROI • Run A/B tests, especially in saturated markets • Add SMS, ringless voicemail, follow-up mail and landing-page touchpoints • Join calls with major clients, explain strategy and handle pushback • Train the Client Success team through short videos for the team and clients • Specify dashboards and reports for the technology team • Bring marketing ideas to Tree Traction's marketing team • Check weekly with fulfillment to ensure orders go out correctly and on time • Deliver new creative templates and launch client creative on schedule • Prepare A/B testing dashboard briefs and KPI plans • Build a library of proven campaign winners and conduct at least four controlled tests monthly • Report to the Head of Operations • Participate in interviews, a marketing work sample and reference checks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 18+ months at one company or client managing $500K+ in creative direct-response ad spend • $1M+ in lifetime ad spend managed • Lead generation experience for US home service companies • Specific examples of lowering cost per lead or improving a funnel, with the numbers • Deep, daily AI use to build and track campaigns, dashboards and research • Strong people skills; confidence on client calls, video and on one's feet • Availability 8–5pm Monday–Friday for internal/client meetings • Willingness to work upwards of 40 hours per week and end other competing engagements • Direct mail experience (nice to have) • Static ad design in Canva or similar (nice to have) • AI content tools for images, video and landing pages, such as Higgsfield (nice to have)
