Beschreibung

• Service and monitor customer accounts with professionalism • Retain client accounts and prospect for new business within an assigned territory • Build and maintain internal and external client relationships • Coordinate customer-service communication across TriCore departments • Provide ongoing customer service and problem solving • Promote and maintain a positive laboratory image within the community • Provide customer training as needed • Establish, monitor, and retain customer relationships and account structures • Support customer billing initiatives • Document and resolve customer and service issues • Meet assigned customers according to the monthly call cycle • Grow healthcare accounts to meet or exceed organizational sales objectives • Prepare proposals for new accounts • Manage requirements in Laboratory Service Agreement contracts • Address customer concerns to increase satisfaction • Train customers on requisitions, reports, invoices, connectivity solutions, courier services, OSHA, and phlebotomy when appropriate • Attend, participate in, or facilitate meetings • Assist with developing marketing tools • Install and troubleshoot TriCore Portal, TriCore Direct, and printers • Assist with supplies, requisition forms, courier services, and customer training • Analyze workflows and implement or install outreach connectivity solutions • Identify and communicate system or operational problems • Coordinate hardware and peripheral-equipment solutions • Support connectivity installations by coordinating client and analyst schedules • Check client centrifuges and complete account paperwork • Disseminate information to customers and employees • Maintain records in Salesforce • Maintain technical knowledge of testing, testing changes, and M.D. specialties • Submit mandatory weekly and monthly reports • Provide feedback to Marketing, Tech Support, and Operations on sales and training materials
