Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day operations across assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards • Supervise and support sonographers, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture • Perform ultrasound exams at least two (2) days per week to maintain clinical skills and support team integration • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including exam volumes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and coverage • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and internal policies • Work closely with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement • Identify training needs and support professional development of team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Current ARDMS or equivalent ultrasound certification required • Minimum of 5 years of clinical ultrasound experience • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare or imaging services environment • Proven experience managing multi-site operations is strongly preferred • Proficiency in performing a wide range of ultrasound exams • Strong understanding of clinical protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance • Familiarity with ultrasound equipment, PACS, and EMR systems • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively • Experience in workforce planning, performance management, and staff development • Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region • Commitment to spending two days per week performing clinical scanning in the field • Valid driver’s license
