Beschreibung

• Partner directly with client teams to understand business challenges, evaluate technical options, and translate requirements into practical software solutions • Design, develop, test, and support production-quality applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and modern full-stack development practices • Contribute to architectural decisions across application design, APIs, event-driven systems, messaging, data synchronization, and user-facing experiences • Own features and technical work from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support • Work within existing codebases and architectures to improve maintainability, performance, reliability, and scalability • Collaborate with client and Trility engineers through pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and other collaborative practices • Establish and improve engineering practices around automated testing, TDD, source control, CI/CD, code review, and safe production delivery • Contribute to cloud-native development, including containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and Software-Defined Everything approaches • Use Git, pull requests, GitHub, GitLab, or Atlassian Bitbucket in source code management and review processes • Communicate technical decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Adapt to new technologies, frameworks, codebases, and client environments • Share knowledge with client teams and improve their ability to maintain and evolve software • Recommend solutions based on client needs, technical constraints, and long-term maintainability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must reside within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Must be able to pass a background check • 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with strong expertise in .NET and C# • Proficiency developing applications using Angular, including components, services, modules, and application architecture • Full-stack experience with event-driven architectures, API development, and user-facing applications • Experience with WPF is preferred; proficiency with XAML or comparable UI frameworks is valuable • Strong understanding of MVVM principles is preferred; MVC or similar architectural patterns are beneficial • Knowledge of NetMQ is a plus; familiarity with comparable messaging and data synchronization frameworks • Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development and automated testing best practices • Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code • Understanding of CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and deployment practices • Familiarity with Git, pull requests, GitHub, GitLab, or Atlassian Bitbucket • Experience with Software-Defined Everything practices, including Infrastructure as Code and Environment as Code • Ability to adapt to new coding environments, technologies, frameworks, and client-specific systems • Ability to take ownership of technical decisions, communicate tradeoffs, and recommend balanced solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in collaborative engineering environments focused on knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and accountability • Consulting or professional services experience is preferred
