Beschreibung

• Lead integration delivery and remain accountable for integration platform performance, Agile execution, and team outcomes • Manage day-to-day operations of the Integration Services function, including data integration development, implementation, and support activities • Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration standards, procedures, and documentation • Direct delivery of enterprise integration solutions aligned with organizational standards and Agile delivery practices • Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members, including supervision, performance evaluation, training, and hiring • Direct planning and execution of integration projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support reliable system integrations and delivery of enterprise technology solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies; OR Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within North Carolina • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Resume must include employer name, dates of service (month/year), average hours worked per week, essential job duties, education details, and licensure/certification information if applicable
