Beschreibung

• Lead Trilon's product strategy practice in partnership with AI Field Engineering and Solution Architecture • Lead field discovery to identify slow or manual work and translate findings into prototypes and funded products • Manage team capacity, backlog, deep dives, the idea tracker, field use cases, and enhancement demand from live products • Hire, ramp, coach, and manage performance for product strategists and business architects • Run enterprise and product discovery, project deep dives, market and vendor scans, and field relationships • Scope and prototype automations, applications, and agents using applied AI technologies • Provide technical direction to developers, review prototype work, and maintain working conventions across GitHub, Azure, and reusable components • Prioritize and sequence discovery, prototype, and enhancement work in Jira • Lead business architecture and service design, including blueprints, personas, architecture mapping, value streams, and Figma concepts • Develop evidence packages, ROI and financial models, pricing and cost-to-serve analyses, and buy-vs-build recommendations • Prepare Investment Council materials and establish success measures and stage gates • Handoff approved opportunities to Product Management and support value realization with Product Enablement • Establish practice standards, playbooks, onboarding, and enablement across Trilon's partner firms • Represent the function to executive sponsors, IT leadership, partner firms, and AI Innovation & Digital Products leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• 15+ years in product strategy, product management, solution engineering, or technology consulting • 3+ years leading a team, including hiring, coaching, performance, and capacity planning • Bachelor's degree in a technology- or business-related field; advanced degree a plus • Hands-on technical depth with applied AI, enterprise LLM platforms, agents, copilots, and automation • Personally built and deployed prototypes or workflows for real users • Experience directing developers or engineers on prototype and MVP work • Fluency with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs; Cursor or VS Code with GitHub Copilot; GitHub, Azure, and Postman • Experience with OpenAI Agents/SDK, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate • Field discovery experience, including practitioner engagement, project deep dives, documented use cases, and testable prototypes • Proven ownership of Jira and Jira Product Discovery backlogs and team capacity • Data fluency with SQL, Databricks or Fabric, and Power BI • Business architecture and service design expertise, including service blueprints, personas, current- and future-state mapping, and value stream analysis • Experience with Miro, Lucidchart, and Figma • Commercial judgment involving pricing, cost-to-serve, ROI models, and buy-vs-build recommendations • Track record influencing senior executives and operating leaders without direct reporting authority • Ability to communicate with executives, peer leaders, direct reports, and field practitioners • Comfort shaping an early-stage function and operating model • Exposure to AEC, engineering services, or physical-world operating environments preferred
