Beschreibung

• Lead daily operations of the Compliance Management System (CMS) • Conduct annual risk assessments and maintain the Risk & Control library in the GRC platform • Coordinate end-to-end audit fieldwork for ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS certifications and client examinations • Supervise timely completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) • Manage Payment Portal compliance, including KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, Nacha rules, and card network compliance • Execute continuous monitoring across FDCPA, TCPA, Reg F, and BSA/AML frameworks • Validate root-cause corrective action plans • Directly supervise, mentor, and distribute daily workloads for compliance specialists and analysts • Maintain accountability for team SLAs • Administer Jira Service Management, AuditBoard, Confluence, and Responsive • Maintain executive KPI/KRI dashboards • Report to the Director of Compliance & Risk • Ensure AI-driven SaaS platforms meet regulatory standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of progressive compliance, risk, or audit experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services • 3+ years of direct people management • Deep operational understanding of FDCPA, TCPA, GLBA, Reg F, BSA/AML, Nacha, and PCI-DSS • Hands-on experience administering GRC tools • Advanced Jira/Confluence workflow management • Experience with DDQ/RFP platforms • Experience with Looker and Google Sheets/Excel • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience • Industry certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CISA, or CRISC are a plus • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment • Ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information while working outside a company office • Flexibility outside standard business hours and ability to travel occasionally for global operations support, company meetings, training, offsites, and collaborative projects
