Beschreibung

• Support TrueScripts' members in accessing the lowest-cost medications through programs • Coordinate the administrative process for identifying and pursuing lowest-cost opportunities • Work with members to identify appropriate lowest-cost medications • Conduct member outreach to gather required information • Communicate with physician offices and pharmacies • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in applicable systems and workflows • Monitor cost containment program queues and complete tasks within established timeframes • Complete refill or renewal outreach • Prepare and maintain reports and metrics related to cost containment program activity • Perform administrative duties including faxing, mailing, scanning, data entry, documentation, and outreach • Protect member privacy and maintain confidentiality of member and patient information • Collaborate with Clinical team members to identify medication-affordability opportunities • Provide service and compassion to members experiencing financial or medication-access challenges • Identify opportunities to improve patient assistance processes, workflows, and member experience • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director
