Beschreibung

• Manage ADA accommodation requests from intake through resolution • Lead the interactive process with employees, managers, healthcare providers, Occupational Health, and Employee/Labor Relations • Perform undue hardship analyses and identify alternative accommodations when appropriate • Track and document ADA accommodations and related leave cases using technology • Collaborate to identify and evaluate reasonable accommodations • Address employee/labor relations issues related to leave and accommodations • Train managers and HR partners on ADA compliance, the interactive process, and best practices • Monitor ADA-related case trends and recommend policy or process updates • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve disputes • Partner with Legal, HR, and Safety to ensure accommodations are feasible, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs • Conduct routine environmental and policy audits for ADA compliance • Maintain information systems for tracking and reporting accommodation trends and workflows • Provide backup support for other department needs as appropriate

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of Human Resources or relevant Business experience, including at least two (2) years of ADA experience; or • Associate’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of Human Resources or relevant business experience, including at least two (2) years of ADA experience; or • High School Diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years of Human Resources or relevant business experience, including at least two (2) years of ADA experience • Specialized knowledge of ADA compliance and the interactive process • Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel • Ability to maintain working knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, HIPAA, GINA, FMLA, MAPFML, and other applicable regulations • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion • Excellent communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Frequent sitting, occasional standing and walking, and lifting 5–10 lbs. • Ability to operate a computer keyboard or related equipment and view computer screens, monitoring equipment, and reports • Preferred: Experience with Workday • Preferred: Experience with UKG Timekeeping • Preferred: Experience with ADA request management technology such as Pulpstream or Absensesoft • Preferred: Experience with Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (MA PFML)
