Beschreibung

• Execute an annual executive communications strategy and plan positioning the Chief Product & Technology Officer as the leader behind Twilio’s innovation story • Write content from Twilio’s CPTO, including keynotes, internal presentations, blogs, press, and social media • Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Communications on communications presenting Twilio’s innovation story through R&D leaders • Propose thought-leadership opportunities to elevate R&D leadership visibility • Develop content representing R&D at quarterly Company All Hands and other companywide meetings • Drive communications for change-management initiatives within R&D • Develop content for R&D communications and events supporting Twilio’s Builder culture • Build and maintain relationships with Twilio’s Management Team, R&D Leadership, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, and other partners • Serve as the trusted communications partner to the Chief Product & Technology Officer • Support selected R&D initiatives and leadership communications internally and externally

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years experience in communications, including a minimum 3 years in a dedicated executive communications role • 5+ years in the tech industry • Experience writing for, working directly with and influencing CEOs, C-level executives, and SVPs • Strong executive presence and ability to advise on communications strategy to all levels of the organization • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across R&D, GTM, Marketing, HR, PR, and Internal Comms teams • Excellent project management skills • Strong business acumen with exemplary editing and writing skills • Experience in external-facing thought leadership, including blogs, event keynotes, and social media • Proficiency in creating slide decks for large audience presentations • Ability to synthesize complex topics such as AI, data, and product strategy into compelling, digestible content • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for clear, engaging, and strategic executive messaging • Approximately 25% travel anticipated
